We welcome Ofqual's full report into the exam paper errors by awarding bodies in this summer's exam series

We're pleased that Ofqual recognise we have well documented processes and systems of risk management for exam paper production. We have been building on this to tackle any isolated issues where clarity of roles needed improving. We always seek to continually improve and students and teachers can be assured that we are doing everything we can to avoid unnecessary errors in future exams.

We are pleased that Ofqual highlight in their initial findings that the majority of these training courses demonstrate good practice.

We monitor the quality and content of the courses we offer and our investigations so far give us no reason to believe that any inappropriate information was given out at any of AQA's training courses.
