Our specifications encourage students to give individual responses to poems.
The resources we offer are designed to help you teach the skills needed to analyse poetry. This means your students can apply their learning to any poem, without needing to study or memorise the meanings for a certain set of poems.
There are two anthologies available to use for our GCSE English specifications:
Our anthologies are a free resource, though they are not compulsory. Find out more in our Guide to using the AQA anthologies
To request free copies from our online shop simply log in using your e-AQA username and password. Register for e-AQA
If you teach our specifications you can also access our Digital Anthology which contains hundreds of resources to help you teach the poems in the Moon on the Tides anthology.
